All Midnight Flames products must be used responsibly and only for their intended purpose. Failure to follow product instructions, safety warnings, or proper handling procedures may result in injury, property damage, fire, burns, allergic reactions, or other harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Midnight Flames is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, or expense resulting from:
- Improper, careless, negligent, or unintended use of a product
- Failure to follow safety instructions or warnings
- Leaving a product unattended while in use
- Use near flammable materials, children, pets, or unsafe surroundings
- Modification, alteration, misuse, or improper storage of a product
- Damage caused by heat, flame, smoke, wax, oils, fragrances, dyes, or other product materials
- Allergic reactions, sensitivities, irritation, or other individual reactions to product ingredients
- Property damage, personal injury, or other losses caused by circumstances outside Midnight Flames' reasonable control
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information and determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use.
You should discontinue use immediately if a product appears damaged, defective, unsafe, or causes irritation or an unexpected reaction.
Products should always be kept away from children and pets unless specifically stated otherwise.
Fire & Heat Safety
Any product involving heat, flame, or combustible materials must be handled with extreme care.
Never leave a burning or heated product unattended. Keep products away from flammable materials, drafts, furniture, fabrics, electronics, and other heat-sensitive surfaces.
Always place products on a stable, heat-resistant surface and follow any safety instructions provided.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midnight Flames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or property-related damages arising from the use, misuse, storage, handling, or inability to use any product.
Nothing in this notice is intended to exclude or limit any legal rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
