Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

To report a damaged item, email support@midnightflames.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Items marked as sale or discounted

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered

Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a verified damaged or defective item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
